Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services at our Houston location. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, parking, and vehicle retrieval, and provide information about local amenities while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include handling toll-free inquiries, operating within established procedures, and supporting guests through the check-in and departure process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, aids guests with bell services and luggage.
• Operates entrances and exits with courtesy and safety.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries about local amenities.
• Manages parking rates and retrieves vehicles, with accurate ticketing and revenue handling.
