Job summary

Towne Park in Houston is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring safety and courtesy at all times.

As a frontline team member, you will greet guests, provide information, handle tickets and payments, and maintain a friendly, professional presence while coordinating with hotel staff to support guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance from state employed.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic arithmetic, including money handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with parking and retrieval of vehicles in a prompt and safe manner.
• Help guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable during arrival and departure.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Provide information about local attractions, directions, taxis, reservations, and facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, key tags, and guest folios.
