Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate at our Houston location. You will greet guests, assist with parking vehicles, luggage, and bell services while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, guiding guests, and handling monetized procedures with accuracy. The role requires a GED or high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; benefits and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests and uses their last name during interactions.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
