Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, handling tickets and payments, and communicating local information while maintaining safety and accuracy. Prior retail or hotel experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to calculate with dollars and cents.
• Prior guest service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services.
• Provide directions and answer inquiries about local amenities.
• Accurately manage tickets, keys, and payments during service.
