Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests. You will greet guests, manage vehicle transfers, and provide helpful directions, while maintaining a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities include handling tickets and keys, explaining rates, and delivering items as requested, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a front-line role at the location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license (state of application or nearby).
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests, use guest last names, and follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys, and revenue collection when needed.
• Perform all duties with accuracy and safety as a main priority.
