Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will supervise daily tasks, coach employees, greet guests, and enforce store policies. The role includes POS operation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels across the store.

Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 25 lbs while navigating all store areas.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform assigned duties.
• Coach staff by providing constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and stock replenishment are completed.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints; assist vendors as needed.
