Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff and ensure quality guest service. You will coach employees, greet guests, and manage POS operations while maintaining cash controls and store standards.

Applicants should be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 25 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coaching employees to meet management standards.
• Strong customer service skills to greet guests and enhance shopping experience.
• Experience with cash handling and POS operations, including deposits.
• Ability to maintain store safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they are performing all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate POS and manage cash processes and deposits.
• Maintain store housekeeping and support 24/7 guest service programs.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests and check in vendors.
