Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and uphold store policies and safety standards. You will operate the POS, monitor cash and inventory, and ensure a clean, orderly environment to deliver a great guest experience.

Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays are required; candidates must be 18+, able to lift 25 lbs, and have reliable transportation to support a high-traffic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform tasks per management directions.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the POS, maintain cash levels, and handle related cash processes.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safety policies are followed.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions and address guest inquiries.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
