Global Partners LP is looking for a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure store procedures and safety standards are followed, and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will manage cash handling, deposits, and POS operations while maintaining clean, organized selling floors and in-stock conditions.

The role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with reliable transportation to support operations in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coaching team members.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to manage cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Handle cash processes, deposits, gift cards, checks where applicable.
• Maintain cash levels and operate POS per corporate standards.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure in-stock conditions are met.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins per guidelines.
