Open full-time position with weekend availability and potential cross-training for the Night Audit role. Competitive starting pay and wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage front desk operations.
• Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Experience in hospitality supervision is preferred; training offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs.
• Lead and train front desk staff, guiding guest service and teamwork.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally; monitor guest satisfaction.
