Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Manager to oversee front porch operations and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for guests. The role includes supervising and training hosts, and collaborating with the Store Manager to maintain service standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong guest service and supervisory skills, be capable of managing daily cash activities, and maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front porch operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards and policies.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to meet service levels.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest and host requests, refunds, loans, pickups, voids, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front porch clean, neat, and free of debris; ensure parking lot cleanliness.
• Model professional speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Monitor and enforce front porch policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
