Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC seeks a Guest Service Manager to supervise the front porch and cashier operations, ensuring the fastest and most pleasant checkout experience while upholding guest service standards.

You will train cashiers and hosts, monitor daily tasks, handle guest requests and refunds, and ensure accurate cash handling and security of the cash office. This role supports store leadership and may cover department management in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front porch standards and No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure schedules meet service levels.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, loans, and check approvals promptly.
• Ensure front porch is clean, neat, and free of debris and clutter.
• Model professionalism in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
