Job summary

Lowe's Foods, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Manager to supervise the front porch and ensure top-tier guest experiences at checkout. You will coordinate schedules with store leadership, train cashiers and hosts, and oversee cash-related activities to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Knowledge of front porch operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.

• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards at all times.
• Schedule coordination with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest and host requests, refunds, loans, pickups, voids and check approvals promptly.
• Keep front porch and parking lot clean and organized.
• Model professional speech, dress, hygiene and integrity.
• Ensure unused check lanes are blocked when not in use.
• Enforce front porch policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
• Provide training and direction to front porch hosts.
• Communicate problem areas and underperforming hosts to management.
• Provide on-the-job feedback to maintain service levels.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales data.
• Process invoices and beer/wine payments as assigned.
• Handle bank deposits and payroll approvals per policy.
• Maintain accurate daily cash counts and transact guest needs.
• Manage cashier tills and cash office supplies.
• Monitor Operator Activity Reports and perform till audits.
