Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee guest service at the front end and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will manage cash-related tasks, invoices, deposits, and maintain accurate cash controls while supporting cashier teams.

• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Sell, cash and manage invoices and related accounting tasks.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer and wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Support cashier-related activities and payroll processes.
• Ensure daily cash counts are accurate.
• Handle guest needs like money orders, stamps, lottery tickets, etc.
• Process returned checks according to policy.
• Ensure cash office security and accountability of tills.
• Maintain supplies for front end and cash office.
• Monitor and analyze Operator Activity Reports.
• Conduct cash audits and accuracy checks.
• Maintain front-end scheduling for guest service levels.
• Process guest orders to meet No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
