Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to supervise staff and coordinate work processes directed by management. You will greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience while adhering to safety, security, quality and store procedures.

You will manage POS operations, cash deposits, and other cash-related tasks, monitor housekeeping, and ensure 24/7 guest service programs run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to access all areas of the store and lift up to 25 lbs. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash handling including deposits and checks where applicable.
• Ensure store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs are executed.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins according to guidelines.
