Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes adherence to safety, security, quality and store policies while maintaining accurate cash handling at the POS.

The GSS will coordinate with management to meet store objectives, greet guests, manage checkout processes, supervise inventory tasks, and respond to guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Experience supervising retail staff and delivering guest-focused service.
• Strong accuracy with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance.
• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Handle cash processes and deposits, lottery, and gift cards where applicable.
