Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead a team, oversee daily store operations, and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will supervise staff, coach performance, and ensure cash handling aligns with store policies.

The role demands flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The GSS will support safety, security, and cleanliness standards while maintaining strong guest relations and efficient POS processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to access all areas of the store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and monitor work processes as directed by management.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash responsibilities.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safety standards are followed.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins as needed.
