Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to lead store staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience. You will supervise associates, coach performance, and uphold safety, security, quality, and store policies.

Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, managing cash, stocking, addressing guest inquiries, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring 24/7 guest service programs run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff and delivering customer service.
• Ability to coach employees and provide constructive feedback.
• Proficient in operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties as directed by management.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Operate POS, maintain cash levels, and monitor related processes.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Ensure housekeeping tasks and 24/7 guest service programs run smoothly.
• Address guest inquiries and coordinate with vendors as needed.
