Job summary

Global Partners LP in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to oversee store staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage day-to-day operations to meet store objectives. Our team focuses on service, safety and selling excellence.

You will coach associates, provide constructive feedback, supervise cash handling, run the POS, address guest inquiries or complaints, and maintain housekeeping to create a welcoming shopping experience for all.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in guest service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management.
• Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
• Responsible for all cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
