We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees ensuring all job duties are performed.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system and maintain proper cash levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Execute guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  • Handle cash processes, deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Ensure products are replenished and in-stock.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors according to guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficient, organized, and at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in intermittent temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
