We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Gauges of Responsibility
  • Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management.
  • Coach employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
  • Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
  • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
  • Responsible for all cash processes which include deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to access all areas of the store and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Work in intermittent temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
