Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.

Responsibility Gauges:

  • Supervise employees and ensure they perform assigned duties
  • Coach employees through constructive feedback
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and operational policies
  • Operate the point of sale system and maintain cash levels
  • Complete store housekeeping functions
  • Execute guest service programs consistently
  • Handle cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks
  • Replenish products to maintain stock levels
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints
  • Manage vendor check-ins as per guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures

Education: High School Diploma or GED
