Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote repeat business by encouraging future reservations.
• Monitor cash and credit card transactions and balance at shift end.
• Maintain a clean and professional lobby and public areas.
• Learn and utilize the Property Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate guest needs.
