Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome: greet guests and complete check-in with room assignment, keys, and welcome materials.
• Support efficient check-out: verify charges, process payments, issue receipts, and use POS accurately.
• Provide hotel knowledge: knowledge of offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local information for inquiries.
• Promote hotel services: upsell amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications.
