Job summary

COURTYARD - HILTON HEAD ISLAND is seeking a dedicated Front Desk / Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at the lobby and front desk. You will greet guests, check them in, and promote hotel services and amenities to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to multitask, and the willingness to coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations is a plus.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Computer literacy to operate property management systems and perform financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect guest privacy, and handle special requests.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Solicit repeat business by offering future reservations and recommendations for comparable products.
• Identify sales leads during guest interactions and report to the appropriate supervisor.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests.
