Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by encouraging future reservations and providing recommendations.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and report to appropriate person.
• Keep housekeeping and other departments informed of special requests and late check-outs.
• Learn and use the PMS system; balance cash/charges at shift end.
