Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations, and support daily front desk operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work with a friendly team, communicate with housekeeping and other departments, and use the front desk system to process payments and provide local information. Flexible to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
• Operate the front desk system and process payments
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
