Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command seeks a Guest Service Representative I (Flex) at Navy Inn in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The role handles guest check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and front desk operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and security.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general office clerical experience.
• Progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Substitution of education for experience allowed per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk and answer questions about lodging facilities.
• Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and handle payments.
• Manage telephone inquiries and direct guests to services and attractions.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area, ensuring safety and security of guests.
• Operate the PMS to update reservations and room assignments, and generate reports.
• Assist in training front desk staff and coordinating with supervisors.
