Qualifications

• Must have one or more years of guest service experience.
• Demonstrated exemplary customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: anticipate and respond to guests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Serving Duties: take orders accurately, upsell menu items, and follow health regulations.
• Side Work: complete required side duties such as cleaning, stocking, and trash removal.
• Cash handling: follow POS procedures and manage transactions.
• Work safely: maintain clean, safe work area and follow incident procedures.
• Team collaboration: work with other departments to meet guest needs and attend meetings.
