B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is hiring a Restaurant Server for Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA.

The role is in the hotel F&B outlet, Marty's Bar & Grille, supporting breakfast and dinner service and ensuring guest satisfaction. The position pays $14 per hour plus tips and requires excellent guest service, health compliance, and teamwork. Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification is required.
Must have one or more years of previous guest service experience.
Must have exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a repetitious, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
Must handle physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying, and lifting.
Prefer one or more years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
Serving Duties: Takes orders accurately and upsells menu items; follows health regulations.
Side Work: Completes all required side work including cleaning and stocking.
Helps control expenses: Handles cash and processes transactions and adheres to cost controls.
Works Safely: Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows hotel procedures.
Self/Workload Management: Plans, organizes, prioritizes work and attends meetings.
Works collaboratively with all others: Takes room service orders and supports other departments.
