Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA, seeks a Restaurant/Food & Beverage Supervisor to guide Marty’s Bar & Grille operations in the hotel atrium, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to health and brand standards. You will lead a team across service areas and contribute to maintaining quality and revenue goals.

The role requires 12 months in a related supervisory position, strong guest-relations experience, and excellent verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 12 months in a position requiring skills/abilities similar or equal to a Restaurant/Food and Beverage Supervisor.
• Prior experience in guest relations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Food and Beverage team to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue via up-selling and proper selling techniques while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and brand standards.
• Attend daily/weekly/hotel meetings to ensure clear communication and planning.
