B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is hiring a Restaurant Server for Marty's Bar & Grille at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA. You will serve guests in a courteous, professional manner, adhering to health and liquor regulations while delivering top-notch hospitality.

The role supports a six-story atrium restaurant open for breakfast and dinner daily. The team values guest satisfaction, integrity, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within the hospitality group.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired or obtainable.
One or more years of guest service experience.
Exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Preferred: one or more years of serving in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

Provide guest service in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Take orders accurately, upsell menu items, and follow health regulations and liquor laws.
Perform side work: cleaning, stocking, and maintaining stations and coolers.
Assist with cash handling and POS procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations.
Plan and organize workload, attend meetings, and adhere to attendance and grooming standards.
Collaborate with team and other departments to meet guest needs.
