Responsibilities

• Proactively educate guests on wax pass options, current promotions, benefits of waxing, and prebooking.
• Upsell products and bookings while being knowledgeable about all brand aspects.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area, upholding cleanliness standards.
• Share product knowledge and assist teammates to foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
