Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support daily store operations and coach team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead by example, greet guests, and help maintain an inviting store environment in a fast-paced retail setting. The role involves assisting the Store Manager, handling shift leadership duties in the manager's absence, and ensuring top-notch guest service and cleanliness across the store.

Qualifications

• High energy, outgoing attitude with guest focus.
• 6 months experience in guest service or retail/restaurant preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner and make them feel welcomed.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee station and food service area.
• Monitor and replenish stock to keep products available and in-stock.
• Assist Store Manager and lead by example in store operations and guest service.
