Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support store operations, greet guests, coach teammates, and lead by example in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months as a Guest Service Associate.
• Preferred 6–12 months retail, guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and invite return visits.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked conditions including coffee and food service areas.
• Assist with product ordering and banking in Store Manager’s absence as needed.
• Coach team members on service behaviors and lead by example.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company processes and policies.
• Support food safety and food preparation as required in food stores.
