Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Leader to support store operations, lead by example, and ensure an exceptional guest shopping experience.

You will greet guests, coach team members, assist with day-to-day tasks, and help maintain in-stock, clean, and organized stores. Ideal candidates will have 6+ months in guest service or retail, a High School diploma or GED preferred, and a proactive, high-energy approach with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High energy, outgoing, guest-focused with leadership qualities.
• Minimum 6 months as Guest Service Associate.
• Prefer 6–12 months in retail, guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to make them feel welcomed and valued.
• Process guest transactions efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
• Monitor and replenish stock to ensure items are available.
• Assist with manager reports, orders, and banking in the manager's absence.
• Lead by example in line with company policies and values.
• Coach team members on service behaviors and training.
• Support food service operations where applicable and ensure food safety procedures.
• Prioritize safety for guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or acting in charge.
