Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Guest Service Leader to help run daily store operations, greet guests, coach team members, and help maintain a fast, friendly shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager, lead by example, and ensure the store stays clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.

The role offers part-time and full-time hours across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest service excellence and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred Experience: 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait time.
• Maintain clean, in-stock store environment including coffee and food areas.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock as much as possible.
• Assist Store Manager in reports, orders and banking when needed.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members in absence of Store Manager.
• Support food safety and food service practices as required.
