Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service standards and policies on the front porch.
• Schedule staffing to meet service levels within labor guides.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts to the front porch as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, loans, pickups, voids, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front porch neat and parking lot clear of debris.
• Model professionalism in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Block unused lanes to protect security.
• Enforce front porch policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink.
• Provide on-the-job feedback and training to hosts.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales records.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned; beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits and payroll approvals per policy.
• Ensure accurate daily cash counts and guest cash services.
• Cash office security and cashier tills accountability.
• Handle money orders, stamps, and lottery tickets as needed.
