Responsibilities

• Maintain front porch standards and No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager for service levels within labor guides.
• Train cashiers to call hosts to the front porch as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, loans, pickups, voids, and check approvals promptly.
• Keep front porch clean and parking lot free of debris.
• Model professional behavior in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Block unused check lanes and enforce asset protection policies.
• Monitor and enforce front porch policies related to asset protection and shrink control.
• Train hosts and provide feedback on performance to maintain service levels.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales information.
• Process invoices and transfers; process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits; payroll check approvals.
• Ensure accurate daily cash count and handle guest money orders, stamps, lottery, etc.
• Process returned checks as per policy.
• Ensure cash office security and accountability; maintain supplies.
• Monitor Operator Activity Report; perform till audits and accuracy checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
