Job summary

Towne Park in Media, PA is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, working with coworkers to meet or exceed service standards under the Account Manager. This role is not a manager, but may handle critical issues and make quick judgments when expediency is priority.

The position offers an 11am–7pm schedule, competitive hourly pay with tips, and a benefits package including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and a 401k

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks and driving record.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to greet guests quickly and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests.
• Open doors for guests and explain parking and retrieval procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and manage keys and tickets.
• Provide directions, taxis, and other guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with Account Manager on schedules and shifts.
