North American Wax Company LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Tinley Park, IL, to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role is in-person, with hourly pay and opportunities for bonuses in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting services and products, handling front desk tasks, and maintaining a high-energy, welcoming center atmosphere. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
