The position requires strong guest service skills, accuracy in payment processing, and the ability to balance cash. Training and a steady schedule are provided in a hotel environment with opportunities to contribute to guest

Qualificações

• Reads and writes simple correspondence.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsabilidades

• Operate front desk according to procedures and provide exceptional guest service.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and checkouts with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain cash sheets.
• Answer calls within three rings using a scripted approach and route messages.
• Prepare room status updates for housekeeping and communicate room availability.
