Job summary

Stonebridge seeks a Guest Service Agent in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, to ensure smooth check-in/check-out, maintain guest records, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel lobby. This role supports front office operations, handles inquiries, payments, and reservations, and contributes to high guest satisfaction.

Flexibility is valued with part-time, full-time, seasonal, and on-call shifts; experience with PMS and cash handling is preferred, and teamwork with bell staff is essential

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and balance cash drawers.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations and answer guest inquiries.
