Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, listen to requests, and share outlet hours and local attractions.
• Complete registration by inputting data, confirming guests and room rate.
• Code keys and provide welcome folders with keys and coupons as needed.
• Verify and imprint cards for authorization; handle cash and post charges.
• Answer calls promptly; input messages and retrieve mail/packets.
• Close accounts at check-out and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle complaints with research and negotiate solutions.
• Stay calm during emergencies and busy surges; plan next steps.
