Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and assist guests with a friendly, service-oriented approach in line with brand standards. You will handle reservations, process payments, assist with luggage, and respond to guest requests while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

This role supports front desk operations and emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork in a dynamic hotel environment. This position requires standing for long periods and flexibility to work holidays or

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments and make change.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints with escalation when needed.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe when required.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits.
• Aim to increase guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested.
