AC Hotel Miami Wynwood is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register them, and provide attentive service in line with brand standards. You will handle reservations, payments, and communications via the PMS system, aiming to boost guest satisfaction across the property.

The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach with prior service experience. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a collaborative hotel environment and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Verify payment methods.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Transmit and receive messages via the PMS.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Maintain overall guest satisfaction.
