Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Loveland, Colorado seeks a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and handle check-ins and checkouts with accuracy.

You will balance cash, operate the reservation and POS systems, answer inquiries, and maintain a clean lobby while following safety procedures and company scripts. The role requires attention to detail and ability to work flexible shifts. Training covers emergencies and promotional promotions.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk with exceptional guest service.
• Manage reservations, check-in and checkout, and credit card processing.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain cash sheet.
• Answer calls and take messages accurately.
• Know emergency procedures and hotel promotions.
• Provide room rate and amenities information to guests.
• Resolve guest complaints.
• Keep lobby and office areas clean and organized.
