Job summary

Stonebridge in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the primary contact for guests during their stay, handling check-ins and checkouts with accuracy while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires front desk operations, cash handling, and fluent English. The position is based at the hotel front desk in Loveland and includes standard hotel duties and guest satisfaction focus.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service.
• Process reservations, check-ins and checkouts; manage credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance the cash drawer.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally; take and relay messages as needed.
• Keep lobby and office area clean and presentable.
