Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.

• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills and process payments.
• Transmit messages via telephone or the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to supervisor.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe.
• Balance accounts and perform audits.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and improve scores.
• Follow safety standards and wear PPE.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
