Job summary

European Wax Center in Orlando seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales goals and supporting daily operations. You will educate guests on products, services, and Wax Passes, upsell retail and waxing services, and greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor throughout your shift.

You’ll manage check-ins/outs, process payments, and assist with reservations, while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and assisting management with tasks

Qualifications

• Understand European Wax Center services and products
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products & various waxing services
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail
• Flexibility to perform external or internal events as needed
• Ability to work flexible days/hours, including weekends/evenings
• Maintain a professional appearance as defined in company handbook
• Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
• Organize reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and restrooms

Responsibilities
